Garrett Barbera

Founder & CEO

As founder and CEO of PEO Brokers Network, Garrett is responsible for the direction, growth and sustainability of the company to ensure long term success for the firm’s brokers, clients and employees. Mr. Barbera started his career in the insurance industry in 2011. Over the years, he has lead and managed several organizations from captive, to an independent brokerage and then a PEO, all with successful exits. Garrett has the passion and experience to provide solutions to agents and brokers for even their most challenging cases.

Kaila Brown

Executive Assistant

Kaila Brown is responsible for assisting our Chief Executive Officer and internal brokers by maintaining an accurate and complete agency management system. This is to ensure a speedy and professional sales process for the life cycle of the submission. She establishes and preserves great working relationships with our referral partners and our underwriting teams. Kaila goes above and beyond to assure the PEO Brokers Network team has everything they need to execute their tasks on a daily basis.

Neill Barbera

Business Development

Neill Barbera was born and raised in Brooklyn N.Y. where he attended Canarsie High School and later graduated from Staten Island Community College with a Bachelors Degree in science. After selling his startup toy manufacturing company he began working in the security industry as a sales manager for a large Manhattan based security firm and was employed there for more then 40 years. Neill raised his family in the hamlet of Jericho N.Y. located on the North Shore of Long Island. Neill has two sons that live in California where they own and operate their own companies. Neill’s hobbies include down hill skiing, playing chess and attending live music and sporting events. Neill retired from the security industry in 2019 and started working for PEO Brokers Network in 2021 in charge of new business development.

Troy Burk

Marketing & Communications

Troy Burk oversees our marketing department and is responsible for our marketing strategy, customer communications and digital marketing efforts. Troy has over twenty-five years experience in marketing technology, working with thousands of organizations from start-ups to Fortune 15 companies. He is recognized as a thought leader in digital marketing, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle marketing. With Troy’s leadership, PEO Insurance Brokers Network has become the recognized brand leader for High Risk Workers’ Compensation Insurance.

Evan Swan

Business Development

Evan brings more than 16 years of experience in the PEO industry to PEO Brokers Network as business development manager. With a proven track record and reputation of developing Channel & Alliance partnerships, broker programs and client solutions, Evan is leading expansion initiatives focusing on new revenue creation, growth, and client retention.

Previously, Mr. Swan served as an Executive sales manager for some of the largest PEOs in the nation, managing national books of business in various industries and delivering an outstanding client / agent experience for more than 100 insurance agencies and MGA’s.

Evan began his professional sales career at Oasis Outsourcing now Paychex. After growing their first office in California, he transitioned to Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) and then helped develop their broker (Channel Partner) program.

When not dreaming about the Mountain bike trails in Whistler Canada, Evan spends time with his wife and teenage daughter paddle boarding on Lake Wylie.

Ian Adduru

IT

IT Director & Infrastructure technology engineer with over 20 years-experience in information technology and risk management. Skilled in aligning security architecture plans and processes with security standards and business goals. Extensive experience developing and testing security framework for Technology deployments. Versed in providing comprehensive network design and security frameworks. Ian worked as a top Network Engineer for a Fortune 500 company with 15000 employees, there he was lead of designing and securing technology. Furthermore, he works with stakeholders, vendor & cloud engineers to deliver cutting-edge IT security solutions.

As an accomplished IT Director & Network Engineer with many years-experience in information technology and risk management, he possesses a range of knowledge that allows him to contribute toward the success of our company.

Shaina Saadaie-Jahromi, CB

Accounting

Shaina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, from the California State University, Fullerton. Shaina is a member and Certified Bookkeeper through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers with many years of direct bookkeeping experience for various industries. She is also Quickbooks Online and Desktop certified. Shaina’s passion for helping others stems from her 15 years of experience in the service industry. She prides herself on her detail-oriented organizational skills and open communication.

Shaina truly enjoys taking care of people, especially her husband and their two children. In her free time, Shaina enjoys photography and traveling.
